This website celebrates the 25th anniversary of DE9 | Closer to the Edit, Richie Hawtin's iconic 2001 mix album. Created from over 100 tracks, carefully cut into more than 300 loops and reconstructed into a seamless mix, it became a landmark release in minimal techno. Twenty-five years later, its craftsmanship and attention to detail continue to inspire.
